Terry
Grant had 160 meters to accelerate the new Jaguar E-PACE for the 15.3 meters
leap. Terry Grand experienced a G-force of 5.5 during the 270 degree twist. The
cascade is precisely modelled using CAD system before any jump. There are
several things which are very important for such a cascade. They are the
correct speed and the right place where the Jaguar E-PACE has to get into the
ramp. The others stuff are part of physics. The stunt was made at ExCel,
London.

The
cascade which Terry Grant made is called Barrel Roll. It’s a flight maneuver in
which an aeroplane (in this case the new Jaguar E-PACE) makes a complete
rotation on its longitudinal axis while approximately maintaining its original
direction. You probably had watch the cascade in the James Bond movie "The
Man with the Golden Gun". In that movie Bond drove AMC Hornet but that
scene inspired the Jaguar for the E-PACE world premiere.
