Lexus set an all-time sales record in Europe in 2017
Lexus
Europe set an all-time sales record in Europe market in 2017 as sold 74,602
vehicles. It marks the 4th consecutive year of sales growth for the
Lexus brand. The increasing for these 4 years is 72%. Lexus Europe operates the
sales in countries from Europe Union including Caucasus region, Iceland, Israel,
Kazakhstan, Norway, Russia, Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.

The
Lexus NX, a mid-size SUV is the company’s best seller in Europe with 27,789
units and made an increase of sales with 6% in comparison with 2016. Probably,
the renewed NX model, which was launched in the second half of 2017, helps for
the good sales. The Lexus RX, the larger SUV, is second in the sales report
with sold 18,918 cars and marked growth by 5% in 2017 versus 2016. The compact hatchback Lexus CT also made 5%
increase and 8,842 sales in the last year.
In
2017, Lexus Europe sold 45,049 self-charging hybrid vehicles. They represent
more than 98% of Lexus sales in Western and Central Europe.
