The 9th Birthday Party of Karting Track Varna

The 9th Birthday Party of karting track Varna was held last week. Different show programs were prepared for the event by the management.

When I arrived at the track the karting competition had just started. There were two sessions.  I don’t know the criteria for the start-position in the first part. The competitors’ positions were changed in the second. The person who was first became at the last position and that was applied to the rest. They started racing on the track again. There was a participant who had a problem with the kart between sessions so he was disqualified.

After that there were stunt shows. If there are people who don’t know what kind of show it is, I'll explain.  The stunt show is the biker’s skill to keep the balance with the bike. It was cool. The bikers with 50cc bikes took part in the beginning. After that other bikers with large engines joined in. The most interesting trick was presented by two men who were riding the bikes their backs toward the track. They were so skillful that they could ride without seeing the way. Other drivers were riding on a back and front wheel. It's dangerous DON'T DO THIS ON THE ROAD.

Next show was with BMW s. Yes, I guess that you already realize what happened. There was a drift show in which several cars of the two models of 3rd series of BMW took part - E30 and E36. They had modification over 300 hp. I recall that there was Bimmer E36 with 2.5L petrol engine and about 500 hp. During the drift show one of the participants had a flat tire.

This isn't all. Between the shows there was another kart competition for children. They had to do 30 minutes relay race. The race was held after the sunset on the artificial light and there was a part of the track which wasn't illuminated very well. But that wasn't a big problem.

The final part. There was a drift racer who created a drift show with two cars – BMW s E30 and E36 (green and orange on the pictures). He came on the track on a green Bimmer and started rotating it on 360 degrees. When he was sure that the car would rotate continuously he took an orange Bimmer. The drift show was with these cars but the green one was without a driver. There was a passenger there – just in case. That was amazing!

After that there was one more drift show, fireworks and a cake – just like at a birthday party.

That is all for this week. I’ll be here next Sunday. Bye.
