V1 Challenge Bulgaria

V1 Challenge Bulgaria was held for the very first time in Varna on Aug. 24, 2014. This is an interesting race with interesting cars – Volkicar. These cars are produced in accordance with the rules of FIA and they have Yamaha's motorcycle engine with 115 hp.  Volkicar bears the name of its producer Volkan Isik who is a Turkish rally pilot.

The winner is Iskren Marinov. Todor Slavov finished on the 2nd place but he was the fastest racer in V1 Challenge Bulgaria. He recorded the time 42.10 sec in the qualification and won the prize of DHL. Kostadin Shterev drove really aggressively but finished on the 3rd place. Diana Stoyanova couldn't finish after an accident with Shterev.

The winner received €1000; the second racer takes €500 and the third racer - €250. The awards were presented by Lassa. The cups and the champagne were presented by Hyundai Bulgaria.

Next race will be held in Ruse, Bulgaria on Sept. 21, 2014. Everybody is invited.
