This Is The Best Color For the Mercedes G550
I’d like my G-Class to look like this one. This color is called G
Manufactur Desert Sand. I love it. It’s different from the Black, White, and Silver colors that we’re used to. The Desert Sand color looks great and
there is another color option that I also love which is the Green color. Somehow
the green color was removed from the color palette of the premium brands. For
example, if you’d like a green BMW 5-series, you have to go to Alpina. However,
the G-Class has several blues, greens, greys, browns, reds, and a total of 35
color options.

How To Configure The Mercedes G550
If you’d like your G-class to look like this one on the pictures then
you have to order it from the U.S. or Canada. This is the U.S. version. Set the G
Manufactur Deser Sands color and you have to set the 20-inch AMG multispoke
black rims. For me is strange that it’s some regular G550 with AMG rims but it
looks great and also the real Mercedes G63 AMG is different than the Mercedes
G550. Moreover, these 20-inch AMG multispoke black rims are not available for
the G63 AMG version.

So, the Mercedes G550 base price starts around $130,900 in the U.S.
The G Manufactur Desert Sand costs $6,500
and the 20-inch AMG multispoke black rims cost $300. Here is the deal, these rims go with one of AMG Line

However, the interior option is G Manufactur Saddle Brown and the trim
option is Natural Grain Walnut wood. I do think that the Mercedes G-Class looks
great with this exterior color and with this interior.
The G550 is that version of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class available in the
USA. It's the same 4.0L V8 gasoline engine as the EU version but in fact, the U.S. version has
6 hp less which means 416 hp @ 5,250 - 5,500 rpm and the same 450 lb. ft (610 Nm) of torque.
You are able to say Welcome 60 mph starting from 0 mph in 5.6 seconds.

The Mercedes G-Class SUV Exterior Specifications in USA & Canada
The U.S. and the Canadian versions of the
G-Class are represented
with a front roll bar or they are promoted in this why. I mentioned this because the EU
specification doesn't have that option as standard but it's possible to be available on some markets. It's
strange that the North American version of the G63 AMG has a roll bar over the front
bumper, which I really don't like.
