The 2016 Jaguar F-Pace - First Impression
The 2016 Jaguar F-Pace is the very first SUV model of Jaguar. When I saw the new 2016 F-PACE my first thought was it should be a competitor to the BMW X5 or at least it looks like.

The front view has a distinguished large and wide front grille. The badge on the front grille is a jaguar head on a red background. The presented model has xenon headlights. The LED headlights could be ordered from the additional equipment. The front hood has aerodynamic lines which have to lead the air to both sides of the F-Pace SUV. This is made in order to lower the front resistance of the car which has many advantages as low fuel consumption.

The 2016 Jaguar F-Pace - Interior
For me, the most interesting part of the 2016 Jaguar F-PACE is its interior design. When I open the driver’s door, I saw that the door panel is massive and I like its design. On the top of the door panel, there are buttons for all windows and adjustment of the exterior mirrors. The button console is placed on the door panel which is a very interesting position that is part of the door panel is tilted toward the driver. It's one of the most interesting parts of the 2016 Jaguar F-PACE. In the middle part of the driver’s door, there is LED illumination. These lights on the doors give the interior a very pleasant atmosphere. The 2016 F-PACE offers three memory sets for driver adjustment. The buttons are pleased to the door handle. In the bottom part of the driver’s door panel, there is a place where you can put something. Usually, some garbage on the go...
On the door sill of the new 2016 Jaguar F-Pace, there is an inscription Jaguar which lights up when the door is open. It’s made of phosphor and it’s a part of the additional equipment. The 2016 F-PACE gives you an option to specify a monochrome ‘motif’ in a choice of approved typefaces/scripts. It’s a cool gadget because you can personalize your 2016 Jaguar F-PACE.

The seats in the 2016 Jaguar F-PACE and the door panel are in orange color for the presented model. The seats are very ergonomic and very comfortable. The Jaguar offers 10-position power adjustment for the front seats and electronically reclining rear seats.

The steering wheel has a round shape... and it has three spokes. On the middle spokes are placed the standard multi-functional buttons for voice control, speed limits and etc. You can personalize your 2016 Jag F-PACE because there are a few options to choose a steering wheel with S- or R-badge on the third spoke. This is also available for BMW models with M-Package. However, behind the steering wheel of the 2016 F-PACE, there are paddle shifters for the manual mode of the automatic transmission.
The instrument cluster of the 2016 Jaguar F-PACE is all-digital with very beautiful graphics. In the middle part is the speedometer; on the right side next to it is the RPM meter. In the RPM meter are placed the fuel level and cooling fluid temperature indicators. On the left side, there is the board computer where you can control some functions on the 2016 F-Pace. The main advantage of the digital instrument cluster is that you can see a huge map of the navigation. I think that this is a very useful feature of the new 2016 Jaguar F-Pace.
The 2016 Jaguar F-Pace has a navigation system with a 12.3” HD display with some additional features. From the infotainment display, you could manage everything from radio to the navigation system. It's placed in the middle console of the 2016 F-Pace. The 12.3" HD display has a touch screen so you can navigate fast through the menus and options of the 2016 Jag F-Pace. If you pay extra you can watch TV in your 2016 Jaguar F-PACE.

Under the display in the middle console, there are several buttons which are like short keys for temperature settings, the Start/Stop button for the engine, the hazard button, and the button for the radio. Between the display and the button panel for temperature, there is a CD player.

Engines and Gearboxes
The engines available for the 2016 Jaguar F-PACE used petrol or diesel fuel. There could be some differences in the different markets.
The 2.0l diesel engine for the 2016 Jaguar F-PACE could be mated to a 6-speed manual or an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The 2016 F-PACE is available with rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive layout with its 2.0L diesel engine. | Image: Dro4Cars.com |

Unfortunately, the engine with a V8 badge isn’t available for the 2016 Jaguar F-PACE, yet... So we have only the 3.0l V6 diesel or petrol engines. The power of the diesel version 2016 F-Pace is 300 hp @ 4000 rpm and the max torque is 700 Nm (516 Ib.ft) @ 2000 rpm. The 2016 jaguar F-Pace 3.0l V6 petrol engine has 380 hp @ 6500 rpm and 450 Nm (332 Ib.ft) @ 4500 rpm of torque. Both engines use the 8-speed automatic transmission produced by ZF. If you chose some of these engines your F-PACE will come with an all-wheel drive. I think that the better choice for the 2016 Jaguar F-PACE is one of these V6 engines. Does diesel or petrol, it’s all up to you.
