V1 Challenge: Ruse Without Streets, Burgas is Next…

Ruse, Bulgaria. The last race of V1 Challenge was really excited. The race was very different in comparison with the previous one at the Karting Track Varna (Bulgaria). The race in Ruse was held on the streets in front of Ruse’s railway station. Racers drove very close each other and this rose the adrenalin. This was a clean race without big collisions and all racer crossed the final line.

The track had 3 right and 4 lefts (two of them U-) turns and a chicane.  The race had 2 training sessions, 2 qualifications and 2 races. The training and the qualification were separate on two rounds with four racers. During the first qualification session Diana Stoyanova had a problem with the steering. The mechanics fixed her car very fast and she continued the race in the 2^nd qualification session.

And the winner is… Kostadin Shterev, Iskren Marinov - 2^nd, G. Abdullayev finish on 3^rd passion. Here are the start girds and final times of the racers.

Next race is on the streets of Burgas (Bulgaria), on 28 September 2014. There will be very interesting race between Kostadin Shterev and Iskren Marinov. Kostadin Shterev, after aggressive driving, finished on the 3^rd position in Varna and 1^st in Ruse. Iskren Marinov was first in Varna and on the 2^nd position in Ruse. What will happen in Burgas?
