This story started in 1959 when the American Honda Motor Co. Inc (AMH) opened its
business in the United States. The very first office of the American Honda was
at 4077 Pico Blvd. in Los Angeles, California. At that time Honda had bought 10

The Restored 1961 Chevrolet Apache |
The restoration of the 1961 Chevrolet Apache by AHM is
for its 60 years anniversary of presence in the States. People from American
Honda had looked back in the years and they found a Chevy from 1961 used as a
delivery pickup. The restoration of the pickup is replicating the original
paint scheme as it was used years ago.
The whole restoration process includes a mild
mechanical freshening plus new factory-correct white paint and the graphic are
hand-painted. In order to recreate that feeling from the 60s, Honda put on the
back of the restored 1961 Chevrolet Apache two motorcycles the Honda 50 and the
Honda CB160.
