The All-New Opel Corsa
The new Opel Corsa is a representative model of the
B-Segment or a City Car model. The question here is how small is the new Corsa?
Well, the new Opel Corsa is 4.06 m (159.84 in) long. It has five-door and
probably inside will be suitable for up to five ladies or you and up to four
ladies - in this case an estate or a van will be more useful. Otherwise, the
new Opel Corsa in this configuration with five doors will be also suitable if
you are a lady and you are willing to take up to four mеn with you. I am reviewing all kinds of
passenger configurations. Have fun. Enjoy!

The Opel Corsa Elegance base price starts from 17,850
EUR ($ 19,803.61 USD) offering six-way
adjustable seats and for the front passenger. The front armrest has a storage
compartment. The IntelliLux LED matrix headlights come as standard with this

highlights of the middle range equipment level for the new Corsa.
The sports spirit for the new Opel Corsa comes with a sporty-oriented
equipment level called GS Line. The GS Line adds sport front seats and aluminum
sport pedals; a black headliner and also red elements on the instrument panel.

bumpers. The GL Line for the Opel Corsa starts from 19,880 EUR ($ 22,075.79 USD). If we add the Corsa-e levels

The Opel Corsa 1.5 Turbo Diesel engine |
The 4-cylinder 1.5L diesel engine is set up with 2 hp
more compared to the 100 hp Peugeot 208, both are using the same engine. Thus
the Opel Corsa with diesel powertrain is available with 102 hp maximum power.
This diesel engine uses all necessary exhaust after-treatment technologies. The
emissions reduction system – consisting of a passive oxidation catalyst/NOx
adsorber, AdBlue injector, SCR catalyst and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF).
All of these are grouped together in a compact single unit, as near as possible
to the engine, keeping the highest temperature for more efficient reduction.
You will find out more about the exhaust after-treatment technology several
pages onward in the very first issue of the Dro4Cars Magazine, somewhere around
the new G-Class. Keep reading...
The new Opel Corsa improves its overall weight. Now
it's under 1,000 kg (2,205 lbs)
thanks to its lightweight design. Get the driver out of the new Opel Corsa and
it weighs 980 kg (2,161 lbs) which is 108 kg (238 lbs) less than the old
version. The engineers are tried to save as much as possible weight from everything
they can. For example, the overall weight is 40 kg (88 lbs) less; the 3-cylinder
petrol engine is 15 kg (33 lbs) less compared to the old 4-cylinder version;
the bonnet is made by aluminum which safes other 2.4 kg (5.3 lbs); the seat's
structure is optimized and now they weight 10 kg (22.1 lbs) less.

The improvements don't stop here. The roofline is 48 mm
(1.89 in) lower than the old version and the producer claims that the inside
headroom is not broken. I am able to believe in that because the driver is
placed on 28 mm (1.10 in) lower position. This also manages and the center of
gravity and it should give that agile experience just like in a race car on an adorable
price for a daily use city model. Moreover, the drag coefficient is 0.29. For
example, the Tesla Model S drag coefficient is 0.23.
