The
fourth generation of the Renault Megane model is on the way. It has been sold
in 6.5 million units worldwide since 1995.
The
new Renault Megane has specific and emblematic for the new models range C-shape
headlights. The design of the taillights also keeps the new Renault`s corporate
style. The front logo is large enough, so you can't miss it from mile. The
fenders are extended which gives more muscle vision of the new Renault Megane.
“On
the highly competitive market of compact saloons, it was vital that New Mégane
should stand out right from the first glance”, says exterior designer Franck Le
Gall.
The
comparison with Renault Megane 3 is that the new Megane`s clearance is lowered
by 25 mm (0.98 in); the front track is wider with 47 mm (1.85 in) and 39 mm
(1.54 in) wider for rear.

Franck
goes on: "The precise, taut lines, which draw the whole design towards the
front, are part of the side surfaces. In combination with the sculpted
shoulders, these lines give New Mégane dynamism and character."

The
GT version is also available for the new Renault Megane. It will be
distinguished from standard version with different front bumper. It has wider
air intake and the new grill has a honeycomb design.
At
the back view the two chromed tailpipes emphasis the sport exterior of the new
Renault Megane GT. It has 'GT' inscription uder the front logo and a “Renault
Sport” badge on the back door.

Still
there isn’t information about the engines and the interior. The technologies
which the new Megane will use are also mystery. I know that they are from upper
segment which has to means Renault
Talisman. Soon everything will be
show up.
